What kinds of reviews can you help with?

We provide remote preparation and support for new entrant safety audits, offsite investigations, onsite focused or comprehensive investigations, and compliance reviews. You can also request a voluntary mock audit before receiving a notice. We confirm the scope for your specific review. Carriers preparing before a notice can use the audit-readiness checker as a general preparation aid.

Can you help with an onsite investigation?

Yes. We prepare records and provide remote support while the investigator works with your company onsite. Your team handles physical access, vehicle availability, and in-person requests. Our service does not include onsite attendance.

What if I’m missing documents?

We help retrieve available records, complete appropriate current paperwork, and explain what still needs attention. Records must accurately reflect what occurred; preparation cannot erase past violations.

What will I need to do?

Provide accurate information, authorize access where needed, sign documents, and complete any required testing, exams, inspections, or repairs. We help coordinate the process.

What costs extra?

Outside costs such as MVRs, testing, medical exams, inspections, and program enrollment are separate and explained before you authorize them. Your project quote defines the agreed scope.

Can you guarantee the outcome?

FMCSA or the reviewing agency determines the outcome. We provide record review, preparation, submission support, and follow-up through the initial audit decision within the agreed scope.
