Clients and users are responsible for protecting their own login credentials and for promptly notifying 4K Compliance LLC of suspected unauthorized access, compromised credentials, or account security concerns.

4K Compliance LLC may use electronic systems, cloud platforms, portals, and operational software to organize and maintain compliance-related records and uploaded documents.

Uploaded documents may be stored in secure cloud storage or other third-party systems used by 4K Compliance LLC. Where supported, access to uploaded documents may be controlled through authentication, permission controls, or other access-limited delivery methods.

Uploaded files may include driver qualification documents, vehicle documents, motor carrier records, compliance forms, or other documents submitted for requested services.
