Founder Safety & Compliance Manager C/TPA
My experience in trucking began more than a decade ago. Since then, I’ve worked across dispatch, recruiting, operations, and safety and compliance. I’ve also driven a truck, been an owner-operator, and helped manage a small fleet.
I understand how quickly an owner’s day fills up with finding loads, managing drivers, handling repairs, answering customers, and keeping the business moving. Compliance is another major responsibility competing for that same time and attention.
I started 4K Compliance to give small carriers access to practical, knowledgeable support without having to build an entire safety department.
I wanted owners to have someone they could turn to and say, “I don’t know what I need to do next,” and receive a clear explanation of what needs attention and how to move forward.
